We ship with USPS priority mail this can take 2-3 days however, shipment can take up to 5-7 business days depending on holiday schedules.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

No refunds but exchanges are ok !! items must be returned in its original package within 6 days of purchase, if item is out of stock you will be issued store credit.

RETURNED MAIL: 

 If an item is returned to our company for any reason on the buyer’s behalf, the customer will be responsible for paying shipping cost.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Esco Barbie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking number is given please keep watch, if delivered and you do not receive please contact your local post office, we will not be responsible for theft of your package.
